Online and phone Counselling Services

Taking care of mental and psychological wellbeing as well as couple and family relationships has never been more important than now.

Recently, Freedom Couple counselling provides a range of services online via Zoom and telephone.  We have found that it has been one of our core counselling services and is an effective alternative to in-person sessions.

We can assist you in the following COVID-19 related challenges.  Freedom Counselling services include:

  • Stress, anxiety and panic management
  • Family and relationship concerns that emerge from being confined to the home environment, including conflict resolution
  • Targeted support for those facing employment and financial uncertainties

Our aim is to provide immediate effective support to individuals, couples and families in this difficult time that maximises individual, relationship and family wellbeing.

Who can attend counselling?

Our counselling service is flexible. We can work with individuals, couples and families to build solutions that recognise the strengths, wisdom and knowledge of each person. Our services are for all members of the community, regardless of religion, age, gender, cultural background or economic circumstances.
